Botanical greenhouses

Hedafor has acquired in-depth expertise in the design and construction of botanical greenhouses. These are always unique designs for authorities, universities and institutions that fall outside our standard range.

Very many practical parameters such as the height of the structure, optimum light incidence and climate requirements (including temperature and humidity) must be taken into account. Our engineering department team will work out a conclusive solution to meet the design brief: ranging from a traditional conservatory look to a futuristic design.

A few references that appeal to the imagination are the famous Royal Botanic Gardens of Kew, the Royal Botanic Gardens of Edinburgh (Benmore Fernery), the arboretum in Wespelaar (Belgium) and the Meise Botanic Garden, also in Belgium.
