Description

Bio-Accelerator is a business and service center for fast-growing biotech and life sciences companies. The center offers both laboratories and offices equipped with high-end technology and shared services, tailored to the needs of its users.

On the eighth floor, we built a state-of-the-art research greenhouse of over 600 m².

  • It concerns a Venlo greenhouse measuring 12.80 meters in length and 46.44 meters in width, with a total surface area of over 600 m². 
  • The roof has a slope of 21.6°, which not only optimizes rainwater drainage but also ensures efficient light penetration.
  • A state-of-the-art climate computer controls the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse in a precise and energy-efficient manner. 
  • The screening systems we provided—including sunshading and misting installations—offer precise control over the internal climate. 
  • We also handled the electrical installation and heating.

Equipped with the latest technologies and materials, this greenhouse is perfectly suited for conducting research and developing crops, with a strong focus on climate control and energy efficiency.
